Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice pracovního uplatnění osob s těžším mentálním postižením na trhu práce. Text je záměrně rozdělen do dvou navazujících celků. První, teoretická, část popisuje specifické zvláštnosti osobnosti jedinců s mentálním postižením a jednotlivé aspekty podporující úspěšné uplatňování osob s mentálním postižením na trhu práce. Dále se zabývá jednotlivými možnostmi pracovního začlenění těchto osob. Druhá, praktická, část rozebírá dotazníkové šetření, které se zaměřuje na možnosti pracovního uplatnění osob s těžším mentálním postižením na trhu práce v regionu Orlickoústecko. Podává základní informace o cílech, metodách, hypotézách a analýzách provedeného šetření.The diploma paper attends to questions of person with heavier mental affect labour assertion in the labour market. The substance is purposely divided to two consequential parts. The first, theoretical, part describes the specifics of mental affect, the aspects supporting the successful assertion of mentally affected persons in the labour market and the possibilities of labour engaging of these persons. The second, practical, part analyses the implemented questionary investigation concerning to field of person with heavier mental affect labour assertion in region Orlickoústecko. It gives the basic informations about the targets, methods, hypotheses and analysis of this investigation.
