Diplomová práce je zaměřena na financování zdravotnictví. Zabývá se touto problematikou zejména v kontextu českého vývoje po roce 1990. Shrnuje poznatky v oblasti financování zdravotnictví - zabývá se základními poznatky z ekonomiky zdraví, definuje základní způsoby financování zdravotnictví a úhrad za služby ve zdravotnictví. Dále popisuje a shrnuje vývoj právních úprav v systému zdravotního pojištění v ČR po roce 1990. Cílem provedeného výzkumu je zjistit informovanost zdravotnických pracovníků o aktuálních otázkách týkajících se ekonomicko - právních vztahů v současném systému zdravotnictví. Na základě poznatků získaných v rámci provedeného průzkumu je pak pro pracovníky ve zdravotnictví sestaven plán vzdělávací akce, v rámci které by měli získat základní informace v oblasti financování zdravotnictví. Cílem této vzdělávací akce je poskytnout zdravotnickým pracovníkům základní přehled informací, které souvisejí se zajištěním úhrady za jimi poskytovanou zdravotní péči.My thesis is focused on financing health care. It especially drala with the development of the system in the Czech backround after the year 1990. It summarises the ways of gettin kowledge in the field of financing helth care -it concentrates on basic information of ekonomy of health care and payments for services in the system. And there is further characterized andsummarized development of legal rearrangments in helath insurance in the Czech republic after the year 1990. The aim of the research work is to find out the level of information of workers in the field of health services about actual legal and economical issues in the current health care systém. Based on the results of the research there is created the educational project for workers in the field of health services which could help them understand basic information of financing health care. The aim of this educational project is to give workers in the given field an outline of basic information which connected with ways of covering the services they provide.
