Diplomová práce se věnuje tématu vzdělávání budoucích učitelů a jejich následnému uplatnění tohoto vzdělání v praxi pedagoga. V teoretické části jsou za využití literární rešerše shromážděny informace týkající se dané problematiky. Praktická část diplomové práce se skrze hloubkové rozhovory a kvalitativní výzkum věnuje mapování zkušenostního učení, připravenosti učitelů na výkon povolání a následně nabízí možnost využití těchto výsledků k případnému vzdělávání budoucích učitelů v teoretické přípravě.The thesis is focused on the topic of education of future teachers and their further application of this education in teaching practice. In the theoretical part, information related to the issue is collected using a literature research. The practical part of the thesis, through in-depth interviews and qualitative research, is dealing with the mapping of experiential learning, teachers' readiness for the profession and then offers the possibility of using these results for the possible education of future teachers in theoretical preparation.
