Tato bakalářská práce přibližuje problematiku bezpečnostní politiky států V4. Hlavním cílem je analyzovat přední bezpečnostní výzvy, kterým tyto státy čelí a porovnat jejich bezpečnostní strategie a přístupy k řešení těchto výzev. Práce dále zkoumá, jak spolupráce v rámci V4 pomáhá tyto výzvy řešit. Teoretická část se věnuje teorii bezpečnostních komplexů, podle které jsou státy v určité geografické oblasti propojeny společnými bezpečnostními hrozbami a vytvářejí tak bezpečnostní komplex. Otázka, zda V4 naplňuje roli bezpečnostního komplexu, je také předmětem této práce. Další část práce je zaměřena na analýzu spolupráce zemí V4 ve třech klíčových obdobích. V poslední části jsou pomocí komparativní metody porovnány jednotlivé národní bezpečnostní strategie států V4. Zde je poukázáno na shodné a rozdílné aspekty v těchto dokumentech.This bachelor's thesis approaches the issue of the security policy of the V4 states. The main objective is to analyze the leading security challenges faced by these states and to compare their security strategies and approaches to solving these challenges. The thesis further examines how cooperation within the V4 helps to solve these challenges. The theoretical part is devoted to the theory of security complexes, according to which states in a certain geographical area are connected by common security threats and thus create a security complex. The question of whether V4 fulfills the role of a security complex is also the subject of this thesis. The next part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of the cooperation of the V4 countries in three key periods. In the last part, the individual national security strategies of the V4 states are compared using the comparative method. Similarities and differences in these documents are pointed out here.
