Europeizace je stará jako evropská integrace sama. Jde o proces popisující veškeré interakce a vzájemné vazby mezi Evropskou unií a národním politickým uspořádáním. Pandemie COVID-19 způsobila bezprecedentní globální ekonomickou, zdravotní, sociální a humanitární krizi, která zasáhla životy miliard lidí a má dalekosáhlé a dlouhodobé důsledky pro mezinárodní vztahy a téměř každou oblast lidské činnosti. Tato práce se zabývá spoluprací v boji proti pandemii COVID-19 na úrovni Evropské unie. Mapuje reakci Evropské unie a jejich institucí na nelehkou situaci okolo nekontrolovaného šíření respiračního onemocnění způsobeného koronavirem SARS-CoV-2.Europeanization is as old as European integration itself. It is a process describing all the interactions and interrelationships between the European Union and the national political order. The COVID-19 pandemic has caused an unprecedented global economic, health, social and humanitarian crisis that has affected the lives of billions of people and has far-reaching and long-term consequences for international relations and almost every area of human activity. This thesis deals with cooperation in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic at the European Union level. It describes the response of the European Union and its institutions to the difficult situation about the uncontrolled spread of respiratory disease caused by the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2.
