Práce se zabývá vývinem metody pro přípravu cukerných a aminokyselinových konjugátů giberelinů A3 a A4. Teoretická část zahrnuje informace o struktuře a biosyntéze giberelinů a včetně známých biokonjugátů a jejich chemických a fyzikálních vlastností. Experimentální část je poté zaměřena na syntézu vybraných cukerných a aminokyselinových biokonjugátů odvozených od giberelinů A3 a A4.The work deals with the development of a method for the preparation of sugar and amino acid conjugates of gibberellins A3 and A4. The theoretical part includes information on the structure and biosynthesis of gibberellins and including known bioconjugates and their chemical and physical properties. The experimental part is then focused on the synthesis of selected sugar and amino acid bioconjugates derived from gibberellins A3 and A4.
