Táto bakalárska práca sa zaoberá možnosťou ovplyvnenia poruchy chôdze u pacientov po cievnej mozgovej príhode a u pacientov s roztrúsenou sklerózou pomocou hipoterapie. Práca zhromažďuje všeobecné poznatky o chôdzi, jej riadení a mechanizme. Zaoberá sa hipoterapiou ako jednou z foriem hiporehabilitácie, popisuje hipoterapeutický tím a polohy klienta na koni. Práca zoznamuje čitateľa so špecifickými, nešpecifickými a psychosociálnymi faktormi hipoterapie, indikáciami, kontraindikáciami a rizikami používania koní v rehabilitácii. Ďalej je popisovaný vplyv hipoterapie na poruchy chôdze a ďalšie príznaky u pacientov s roztrúsenou sklerózou a u pacientov po cievnej mozgovej príhode. Práca zahŕňa kazuistiku pacienta po cievnej mozgovej príhode s poruchou chôdze.This bachelor thesis deals with possibility of influencing the gait disorder of patients after the stroke and patients with multiple sclerosis by the means of hippo therapy. The thesis collects general knowledge about gait, its management and mechanism. The thesis is concerned with hippo therapy as one of the hippo-rehabilitation forms. It describes hippo therapeutic team and positions of a client on the horseback. The thesis acquaints the reader with specific, non-specific, and psychosocial factors of hippo therapy, indications, contra-indications, and risks of use of horses during rehabilitation. Next, the impact of hippo therapy on gait disorders and further symptoms of patients with multiple sclerosis and patients after the stroke is described. The thesis includes case studies of a patient after the stroke with the gait disorder.
