Tato Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku edukace pacientů o důležitosti dodržování zásad ambulantní antibiotické léčby. Výzkum byl realizován v ordinacích praktických lékařů pro dospělé na zkoumaném souboru 121 respondentů. Ke sběru dat byl uplatněn kvantitativní výzkum technikou nestandardizovaného dotazníkového šetření. Teoretická východiska práce vychází z literárního review odborných publikací k předmětu zkoumání. Obsahuje popis obecné edukace ve zdravotnictví, problematiku tvorby tištěných edukačních materiálů, problematiku adherence pacientů a v neposlední řadě problematiku antibiotické léčby a vzrůstající antimikrobiální rezistence.This diploma thesis is focused on the issue of educating patients about the importance of following the principles of outpatient antibiotic treatment. The research was realised in general practitioners' surgeries for adults on a surveyed group of 121 respondents. Quantitative research using a non-standardized questionnaire survey technique was used to collect data. The theoretical basis of the work is based on a literary review of professional publications on the subject of research. Contains a description of general education in healthcare, the issue of creating printed educational materials, the issue of patient adherence and, last but not least, the issue of antibiotic treatment and increasing antimicrobial resistance.
