Diplomová práce "Analýza nestátních neziskových organizací na Ostravsku" se věnuje nestátnímu neziskovému sektoru. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením pojmu nestátní nezisková organizace, možnostmi financování a druhy těchto organizací. Zaměřuje se na seznámení a pochopení základních pojmů v oblasti managementu a řízení lidských zdrojů. Empirická část se zabývá výzkumným šetřením, jehož hlavním cílem je analýza devíti vybraných nestátních neziskových organizací na Ostravsku. V rámci dílčích cílů pak bude zkoumána motivace vedoucího zaměstnance k založení NNO, zjišťováno financování organizace a analyzovány formy spolupráce mezi organizacemi navzájem. Závěr práce klade důraz na důležitost nestátního neziskového sektoru v národním hospodářství. Shrnuje výsledky výzkumu a na jejich základě navrhuje doporučení ke zkvalitnění managementu nestátních neziskových organizací, které budou v rámci možností poskytnuty vedoucím pracovníkům oslovených organizací.The diploma thesis "Analysis of the management of non-governmental non-profit organizations in the Ostrava region" deals with the non-governmental non-profit sector. The theoretical part deals with the definition of the term non-governmental non-profit organization, funding opportunities and types of these organizations. It focuses on understanding the basic concepts in the field of management and human resource management. The empirical part d eals with a research survey, where the main goal is the analysis of nine selected non-governmental non-profit organizations in the Ostrava region.Within the partial goals, it will be investigated the motivation of the manager to establish a non-governmental non-profit organization, the financing of the organization and the forms of cooperation between the organizations will be analyzed. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of the non-governmental non-profit sector in the national economy. It summarizes the results of the research and based of them proposes the recommendations for improving the management of non-governmental non-profit organizations, which will be provided as far as possible to the management of the selected organizations.
