Tato práce se zabývá současnými léčebnými postupy u zlomenin pately. Práce je rozdělena na část obecnou a speciální. Protože je patela součástí kolenního kloubu, je v obecné části popsána anatomie, biomechanika a kineziologie kolenního kloubu. Dále práce pojednává o možnostech diagnostiky, klasifikace a léčby zlomeniny pately a největší pozornost je věnována rehabilitačním postupům u dané diagnózy. Ve speciální části se nachází kazuistika pacientky po fraktuře pately řešené osteosyntézou.This thesis focuses on current treatment strategies for patella fracture. The thesis is divided into a general and a special part. Since the patella is located in the knee joint, the general part describes anatomy, biomechanics and kinesiology of the knee joint. Furthermore, the thesis concentrates on diagnostics, classification and treatment of patella fractures. In particular, it pays close attention to rehabilitation procedures of patella fractures. The special part contains a case report of a patient with a patella fracture treated by osteosynthesis.
