Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na život a tvorbu jihokorejského filmového režiséra Sin Sang Oka a jeho vliv jihokorejskou na severokorejskou kinematografii 50.-80. let. Tato práce se bude dále věnovat životním osudům režiséra před únosem a také průběhu samotného únosu Sin Sang Oka i jeho manželky Čchö Un Hui do Severní Koreje na příkaz Kim Čong Ila. Dále tomu, jak probíhala tvorba severokorejských filmů a jak se v Severní Koreji vyvíjela kariéra režiséra a jeho manželky, která mu byla asistentkou během natáčení, a také popisu společného útěku Sina a Čchö a jejich následující život po útěku. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámit čtenáře se životem a tvorbou Sin Sang Oka a přiblížit okolnosti únosů obou manželů, jejich vlivu na tehdejší severokorejskou kinematografii, ale i jejich útěku a životu v USA.This bachelor thesis is focused on life and film making of South Korean director Shin Sang Ok and his influence on South Korean and North Korean cinematography. This paper explores the life of director Shin Sang Ok before the kidnapping and details of the kidnapping of the director and his wife Choi Eun Hee to North Korea by the order of Kim Jong Il. Second part then delves into director's work in North Korea where his wife served as hi assistant. Finally Shin Sang Ok and his wife's escape and life afterwards. The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the details of Sin Sang Ok's life and filmmaking to the public and to approximate the circumstances in the case of the abduction of the spouses, their influence on North Korean cinematography and also their escape.
