Tato bakalářská práce se zabývala vznikem sociálních farem v České republice. Jejím cílem bylo zjistit a popsat podmínky pro vznik sociálních farem z pohledu jejich zakladatelů v České republice. Pro tento účel bylo zvoleno výzkumné šetření s využitím kvalitativního designu výzkumu a výzkumná otázka byla zaměřena na to, jaké jsou příležitosti a bariéry pro vznik sociálních farem v České republice z pohledu jejich zakladatelů. Byly provedeny polostrukturované rozhovory se zakladateli subjektů vzniklých v roce 2015 a později a kvalitativní data byla analyzována tematickou analýzou. Byly popsány následující kategorie příležitostí: motivace, spolupráce, vzdělávání a informace a finance; a tyto kategorie bariér: negativní postoje, chybějící systémová podpora, nedostatek informací, nedostupnost venkova a finance. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplývají návrhy pro zlepšení podmínek budoucí podpory sociálního zemědělství v České republice.This bachelor thesis focuses on the establishment of care farms in the Czech Republic. Its aim is to identify and describe the conditions for the establishment of care farms from the perspective of their founders in the Czech Republic. The research survey uses qualitive design while the research question was focuses on the opportunities and barriers for the establishment of care farms in the Czech Republic. Semistructured interviews were conducted with the founders of entities established in 2015 and later. The qualitative data were analyzed using thematic analysis. For opportunities have been described categories: motivation, cooperation, education and information and finance; and for bariers: negative attitudes, lack of system support, lack of information, rural unavailability and finance. The results of this research suggests proposals for improving the conditions for the future support of social agriculture in the Czech Republic.
