Výsledky studií prokázaly, že zachování zásad motorického učení a vykonávání požadované aktivity s dostatečnou dobou trvání a intenzitou vyvolává plasticitu v centrálním nervovém systému a umožňuje obnovení automatického řízení posturální stability. The posture means to actively hold the movement parts of the body in spite of the effects of external forces. Motor learning is used to acquire new skills and during the process of such learning, a particular skill is learned and made automatic. The aim of this bachelor thesis was to find out whether it is possible to restore the automatic level of control by using motor learning in its therapy in case of damage of postural stability. 72 sources were used in total in this bachelor thesis, out of which 57 studies were found based on the keywords: posture, postural stability, postural control and motor learning in the PubMed database. The results of the studies demonstrate that maintaining the principles of motor learning and performing the desired activity with sufficient duration and intensity induces plasticity in the central nervous system and restores the automatic control of postural stability.
