Cílem této diplomové práce je představení Ernsta Wolfganga Freisslera, dnes téměř zapomenutého moravského německy píšícího autora první poloviny 20. století. Po shrnutí dostupných údajů o jeho životě je pozornost věnována jeho dílu, přičemž důraz je kladen na autorovo pojetí motivu domoviny, vlasti, což úzce souvisí s Freisslerovým ve své době neobvyklým, zcela ne-nacionalistickým postojem. Velký prostor je věnován románu Junge Triebe, který (kromě významných autobiografických rysů) výstižně zachycuje Freisslerovo chápání pojmu domov či vlast, resp. jeho vývoj.The aim of this diploma thesis is the introduction of Ernst Wolfgang Freissler, now almost forgotten Moravian German writing author of the first half of the 20th century. After summarizing the available data on his life, attention is devoted to his work, with emphasis placed on the author's concept of homeland, which is closely related to Freissler's (at that time) unusual, completely non-nationalist attitude. Big part of these thesis is devoted to the novel Junge Triebe, which (apart from the important autobiographical features) captures Freissler's understanding of the concept of home/homeland and its development.
