V této bakalářské práci se zabýváme sestavením a následnou charakterizací experimentální sestavy pro měření spekter mikrofotoluminiscence v rozsahu teplot od 300 K do 7 K.Luminescence measurements are nowadays used for characterizing energetical structure of sample. Main advantage of this methode is its undestructivity. Because of the development of new nanomaterials, it is important to adjust setups for measuring luminescence to this development, for us to be able to distinguish luminescence of specific nanostructure. This experimental technique is called microphotoluminescence. For studying kinetics of luminescence, and the nature of luminescence as well, are used temperature-dependent measurements of luminescence. This dependency is exhibited mostly at ultra low temperatures. That's why it is convenient to have a cryostat at disposal for studying materials, because we can observe low-temperature luminescence. In this bachelor thesis we are constructing and characterizing experimental setup for measuring microphotoluminescence in range of temperatures between 300 K and 7 K.
