Práce je zaměřena na specifika práce s nadanými dětmi na 1. stupni základní školy. Je rozdělena na dvě části a to na část teoretickou a část empirickou. Teoretická část obsahuje čtyři kapitoly. První kapitola definuje nadání, seznamuje nás s modely, strukturou a druhy nadání. Druhá kapitola uvádí charakteristiku nadaných dětí, třetí kapitola se věnuje legislativním rámcem vzdělávání nadaných žáků v České republice a poslední čtvrtá kapitola je zaměřena na specifika vzdělávání nadaných. Empirická část práce je založena na kvalitativním výzkumu, na metodě strukturovaného rozhovoru a metodě zakotvené teorie. Cílem práce je zjistit, jaká jsou specifika vzdělávání nadaných dětí na 1. stupni základní školy. Jaké metody a postupy učitelé používají, zda umějí identifikovat nadání již na prvním stupni a jaké formy vzdělávání jsou voleny a jaké rozdíly spatřují mezi třídou nadaných žáků a běžnou.The work is focused on the specifics of working with gifted pupils in the first grade of primary school. It is divided into two parts: a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part consists of four chapters. The first charter defines talent, introduces us to models, structure and talents. The second chapter presents the characteristics of gifted children, the third charter deals with the legislative framework of education of gifted pupils in the Czech Republic and the last fourth charter focuses on the specifics of gifted education. The empirical part is based on qualitative research, structured interviews and grounded theory method. The aim of the paper is to find out chat are the specifics of education of talented children in primary school. What methods and practices teachers use, whether they can identify talents at the first stage and which forms of education are chosen and what differences they see among the class of pupils and ordinary.
