Cílem bakalářské práce je pomocí kvalitativního výzkumu zjistit konkrétní problémy a nedostatky současné integrační politiky České republiky z pohledu nestátních neziskových organizací. První kapitola vymezuje základní pojmy souvislé s tématem práce, tedy pojem integrace, integrační politika, nestátní nezisková organizace a pojem cizinec. Druhá kapitola charakterizuje integrační politiku v České republice. Třetí kapitola se zabývá nestátními neziskovými organizacemi ve vztahu s integrační politikou České republiky. Čtvrtá kapitola je zaměřena na samotnou formu kvalitativního výzkumu, přičemž poslední, pátá, kapitola je věnována výsledkům ze zpracovaných dat tohoto výzkumu. Na základě výpovědí respondentů jsou rozdělena výsledná data do dvou kategorií. První kategorie se zabývá zkušenostmi NNO s jednotlivými aktéry integrační politiky. Druhá kategorie je o oblastech Koncepce integrace cizinců, které jsou respondenty považovány za problematické.The aim of this graduate thesis is to identify specific problems of the current integration policy of the Czech Republic from the perspective of NGOs, by using qualitative research. The first chapter defines the basic concepts related with the theme, a concept of integration, integration policies, non-profit organizations and foreigner. The second chapter describes the integration policy in the Czech Republic. The third chapter is about nongovernmental organizations in relation with the integration policy of the Czech Republic. The fourth chapter focuses on the form of qualitative research, and the last, the fifth chapter, is about the results of the processed data of this research. Based on respondents' answers, data are divided into two categories. The first category is about NGOs and their experiences with some actors of integration policy. The second category is about the parts of The Concept of immigrant integration, which are considered as problematic.
