Tématem disertační práce je motivace studentů Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci ke studiu na profesi učitele. Hlavním cílem výzkumu je identifikovat, analyzovat a srovnat faktory, které mají vliv na motivaci studentů Pedagogické fakulty Univerzity Palackého v Olomouci ke studiu na profesi učitele. Práce se zabývá motivací a motivačními faktory, popisuje profesi učitele a její aspekty. Empirická část práce se zaměřuje na motivační faktory studentů učitelství a na jejich záměry týkající se zaměstnání po absolvování studia. Teoretickým východiskem celé práce je problematika teorií motivace s akcentem na pedagogiku. Vědní obor psychologie vytvoří teoretický rámec pro koncepci motivace, vědní obor pedagogika pak vytvoří teoretický rámec pro profesní přípravu, zde navíc specificky pro profesi učitele.The dissertation explores motivation of the students of the Palacký University in Olomouc for studying to become a teacher by profession. The main objective of the research is to identify, analyse and compare factors which influence motivation of the students of the Palacký University in Olomouc for studying to become a teacher. The thesis deals with motivation and motivational factors, it describes the teaching profession and its aspects. The empirical part of the thesis focuses on motivational factors of these students and on their intentions concerning their employment after graduation. The theoretical framework of the dissertation is formed by the field of theories of motivation with emphasis on pedagogy. The theoretical basis for the concept of motivation stems from the scientific field of psychology, the theoretical basis for professional training, in this case specifically for the teaching profession, stems from the scientific field of pedagogy.
