Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na stres a vyhoření u příslušníků služby kriminální policie a vyšetřování. Úvodní část obsahuje kontextovou kapitolu o Policii ČR a o službě kriminální policie a vyšetřování. Poté se věnuje teoretickým východiskům problematiky stresu a syndromu vyhoření. Seznamuje s historií stresu, s jeho projevy a důsledky, s oblastí pracovního stresu a se zvládáním stresu. Představuje faktory vedoucí k vyhoření, jeho příznaky a důsledky i možnosti, jak mu předcházet. Zabývá se i stresem a vyhořením v policejní práci. V navazující výzkumné části si klade za cíl odhalit profil stresorů, zjistit míru vyhoření, prozkoumat strukturu dimenzí zvládání stresu ve vztahu k normě a nalézt vztahy mezi proměnnými u souboru získaného záměrným (účelovým) výběrem, který tvoří 63 příslušníků kriminální policie. Profil stresorů byl zjišťován dotazníkem IPSS, míra vyhoření dotazníkem BM a strategie zvládání stresu dotazníkem SVF 78. K vyhodnocení dat a testování hypotéz byly užity metody popisné statistiky, Pearsonův korelační koeficient a Spearmanův korelační koeficient. Při interpretaci výsledků bylo přihlédnuto k charakteristikám práce u služby kriminální policie a vyšetřování.The aim of the master thesis is to present the prevalence of stress and burnout among police officers from the Criminal Police and Investigation Service. The introductory part of the master thesis provides a brief integrated summary of the Police of the Czech Republic, the Criminal Police and Investigation Service, as well as theories concerning stress and burnout including their historical developments, their effects, implications, occurrence in the workplace, and finally, methods of stress management. The Master thesis presents factors leading to origin of burnout, its symptoms, consequences and preventative strategies. Additionally, the Master thesis focuses on stress and burnout in policing. The aim of the following part of the master thesis is to detect a profile of stressors, identify the extent of burnout, and examine the structures and mechanisms of stress management in relation to its standards; consequently to find relationships between variables in an experimental group of sixty-three police officers from the Criminal Police and Investigation Service. The profile of stressors was identified by the completion of questionnaire IPSS, extent of burnout was determined by questionnaire BM and strategy of stress management was established by questionnaire SVF 78. The data evaluation and testing hypothesis were conducted by using statistical methods, Pearson correlation coefficient and Spearman correlation coefficient. The nature of policing was taken into account as far as the interpretation of the research results of the master thesis is concerned.
