Cílem bakalářské práce je zhodnotit užívání letního času v občanské časomíře v jednotlivých státech a regionech světa. Bude souhrnně charakterizována historie zavádění letního času a rozšíření jeho užívání v současnosti. Blíže pak bude prozkoumána problematika užívání letního času v Evropě, včetně vlastní prostorové analýzy úspor denního světla při zavádění letního času v jednotlivých oblastech evropského kontinentu.The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the usage of daylight saving time in civil time in individual countries and regions of the world. History of the daylight saving time founding and its expansion nowadays will be described. Issues of the daylight saving time in Europe will be studied closely and there will be space analysis of daylight savings brought by the daylight saving time application in different areas of the European continent.
