Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit spokojenost klientů v denním stacionáři Domovinka Zábřeh. Objektem zkoumání jsou klienti zařízení, ve spolupráci se zaměstnanci. Očekávám, že tento výzkum bude dále sloužit ke zlepšení a zkvalitnění služeb. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou nejprve popsány pojmy související se stářím, jeho dělení, strategie, adaptace na důchodový věk, změny ve stáří. Dále aktivizační činnosti a také nemoci ve stáří. V závěru teoretické části je popsána Charita Zábřeh, denní stacionář Domovinka, jeho cílová skupina a služby, které poskytuje, personál a principy, kterými se řídí. Výzkumná část je vedena formou dotazníku. Otázky jsem volila tak, aby se týkaly spokojenosti klientů se službami, poskytovanými v tomto zařízení. V závěru práce je zhodnocení mého výzkumu.The aim of this thesis is to determine the satisfaction of clients in a day care center Domovinka Zábřeh. The object of the examination are clients of the afacility, in cooperation with the employees. I expect that this research will further serve to enhance and improve the services. In the theoretical part of this thesis is at first describes the terms related to age, its division, strategies, adaptation to retirement age, changes in old age. Furthermore, the activation activities and also illness in old age. In the end of the theoretical part is described Zábřeh charity, day care center Domovinka, its target group and the services it provides, the staff and the principles which they are following. The research part has the form of questionnaire. I´ve chosen the questions related to klient satisfaction with the services provided at this facility. At the end of my work is the evaluation of my research.
