Bakalářská práce se nejprve zabývá sociologickou teorií o sociálním konstruktu reality z pohledu Bergera a Luckmanna. V následující části se nachází vysvětlení termínu genderu, v rámci něhož se řeší určování a zvnitřňováni identity jedince. Významnou kapitolou je bezesporu kapitola o homosexualitě, kde nastiňuji protichůdné názory na to, zda je homosexualita přirozená či sociálně konstruována. Dostává se i objasnění samotné genderové minority. Z hlediska výzkumu se jako nejdůležitější jeví kapitola o coming outu. Zmíněnému kvalitativnímu výzkumu je věnována celá empirická část této práce. Shrnuji nejen závěrečná data, ale i celkovou přípravu hypotéz, odborně podložené operacionalizace, výběr zkoumané populace a rozhodování o sběru dat.My thesis is based on sociological theories of the social construct of reality from the perspective of Berger and Luckmann. The following section is an explanation of gender, based on determining the identity of the individual. The important part is about homosexuality, I summarize the two opinions, if homosexuality is natural or socially constructed. And then I talk about gender minorities. The last part includes research that focuses on gay coming out. The qualitative research is the most important part of the text, I summarize here the final data, also the process of preparing hypotheses, professionally supported operationalization, the selection of the survey population, and decisions about data collection.
