Diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením pozitiv a negativ učitelské profese z pohledu učitelů ostravských základních škol. V teoretické části jsou řešena vybraná specifika učitelské profese, jsou zde popsány požadavky kladené na pedagoga od období studia až po praxi a vybrané výhody či nevýhody profese. Stěžejním cílem práce je zjištění, zda z pohledu učitelů ostravských základních škol převažují v jejich povolání pozitiva nebo negativa. Těžištěm práce je dotazníkové šetření, které bylo provedeno anonymní formou ve spolupráci s ostravskými základními školami.The thesis pursues the assessment of positive and negative aspects of teaching profession from the point of view of elementary school teachers in Ostrava. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with selected particularities of teaching profession and it describes the demands, which are placed on teachers from their studies up to their professional career, as well as the advantages and disadvantages of this profession. The main objective of this thesis is finding out whether the advantages or the disadvantages prevail in the occupation of elementary school teachers in Ostrava from their own point of view. The focus of the thesis is then a questionnaire survey which was applied anonymously in association with the elementary schools of Ostrava.
