(76 369) + 1 CD ROM. -- Oponent Vladimír Řehan. -- Ved. práce Marek Kolařík. -- Abstract: Teoretická část práce vychází jednak z poznatků sociální psychologie o vztazích a jednak o partnerství konkrétně. Dalším důležitým tématem jsou konflikty a hlavně jejich řešení. Cílem této práce bylo zmapovat jednotlivé techniky zvládání konfliktů, které ve svých vztazích používají adolescenti a popřípadě i uvést typy pro zdravou a funkční komunikaci. Jedná se o kvantitativní typ výzkumu. Design výzkumu má charakter orientační studie. Pro sběr dat jsem zvolil techniku dotazníku. Celkem se výzkumu zúčastnilo 94 respondentů ve věku 16 až 23 let. Z celkového počtu bylo 27 mužů a 67 žen. Pro analýzu dat byla použitá deskriptivní statistika. Jako hlavní techniku řešení konfliktových situací volili respondenti jednání, což hovoří o tendencích se svým protějškem hledat ideální řešení pro obě strany. Následovala pasivita a delegace. Nejméně odpovědí pak zaznamenala položka agrese. Ukázalo se, jak se techniky mění v souvislosti s tématikou, které se konflikt týká.. -- Abstract: The theoretical part of the thesis is based on findings of social psychology in the field of relations and partnership. Another important theme are conflicts and especially their solutions. The aim of this study was to explore the different techniques of conflicts management that are used by adolescents and possibly indicate the types of healthy and functional communication. The type of research is quantitative. The design of this work is orientation study. The questionnaire was chosen for the data collection. There were a total of 94 respondents in the study aged 16-23 years. In this number, there were 27 men and 67 women. The descriptive statistics were used for data analysis. The main technique for dealing with conflicts was negotiation. It means that partners very often try to find the best way from the hard situation and the way good for both sides. Passivity and delegation were the other common answers. The item aggression had the smallest number of answers.
