Tato práce se zabývá nezaměstnaností v okrese Jeseník z pohledu možných příčin, jelikož vysoká míra nezaměstnanosti je v okrese Jeseník velmi aktuálním tématem. Cílem teoretické části je vymezení fenoménu nezaměstnanosti, definování rizikové skupinou absolventů a pojmenování možných příčin nezaměstnanosti v okrese Jeseník. Cílem empirické části je zjistit a vyhodnotit možné příčiny nezaměstnanosti u nezaměstnaných osob v okrese Jeseník. K dosažení cílů empirické části práce je použita metoda kvantitativního přístupu dotazníkové šetření.This thesis deals with unemployment in the Jesenik district in the perspective of possible causes, becouse high rate of unemployment is very current topic in the Jeseník district. The purpose of theoretical part of this thesis is definition of the phenomenom of the unemployment, definition of the risk group of graduates and description possible causes of unemployment in the Jeseník district. The purpose of empirical part is to identify and evaluate possible causes of unemployment for unemployed persons in the Jeseník district. To identify the purposes of the empirical part of this work is used quantitative method questionnaire.
