Genderové rozdíly v pohybové aktivitě 9 - 11letých dětí na ZŠ Masarykova Polička [rukopis] / Lenka Schauerová. -- 2013. -- grafy, tab. -- Ved. práce Dagmar Sigmundová. -- Abstract: V diplomové práci se zabývám pohybovou aktivitou (PA) 9 - 11letých dětí z Masarykovy základní školy v Poličce. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit odlišnosti a spojitosti v PA mezi chlapci a dívkami v jednotlivých částech školního vyučování, ve volném čase po vyučování a v celém dni. Dvoudenní kontinuální monitorování proběhlo ve dnech 11. 4. 2012 ? 12. 4. 2012 a k měření nám posloužil akcelerometr ActiTrainer, který byl doplněn o elastický hrudní pás ke snímání srdeční frekvence. Výzkumný soubor tvořilo (n = 32) chlapců a (n = 26) dívek. Výsledky ukázaly, že chlapci jsou ve všech částech školního dne z hlediska počtu kroků a intenzity zatížení >3 METs pohybově aktivnější než dívky. Statisticky významný rozdíl se ukázal být v teoretických vyučovacích jednotkách a za celé školní vyučování. Signifikantní rozdíl v PA mezi chlapci a děvčaty byl zaznamenán o přestávkách.. -- Abstract: In my thesis I focused on the physical activity (PA) in 9 to 11-year-old children at Masarykova primary school in Polička. The main objective of my thesis was to find out the differences and the connections in the PA of boys and girls during individual parts of their school hours, during their free time after school as well as during the entire day. Two-day continual monitoring took place from 11th April 2012 to 12th April 2012. As far as the measuring is concerned we used the accelerometer ActiTrainer, accompanied with the elastic chest strap which can scan the heart rate. The research group was made up of (n =32), boys and (n = 26) girls. Considering the number of steps and the loading intensity >3 METs, the results showed that the boys were in individual parts of the school hours more physically active than the girls were. The statistically important difference was appeared in theoretical classes during the school hours. Significant difference in PA between girls and boys was noticed during the break times.
