Cílem této práce je podat přehled základních témat kritiky Parsonsova AGIL modelu, který je zasazen do kontextu jeho funkcionalistické teorie. První část práce je zaměřena na výklad Parsonsovy teorie, jejímž těžištěm je AGIL model. Druhá část práce se věnuje výkladu kritiky AGIL modelu, která je rozdělena do hlavních tematických celků: monistická teorie, úrovně AGIL modelu, teorie a ideologie, konstituce řádu a konzistence teorie. Závěr práce obsahuje shrnutí nejvíce kritizovaných momentů AGIL modelu spolu s naznačením několika doporučení pro práci s teorií.The aim of this work is to provide a description of basic topics of critique aimed at Parsons? AGIL model, which is perceived in the context of his functionalist theory. First part of the work is focused on examination of Parsons?s theory with AGIL model as its central concept. Second part of the work elaborates the critique of AGIL model. This part is divided according to main topics of the critique: monistic theory, levels of AGIL model, theory and ideology, genesis of order, consistency of theory. Conclusion contains a summary of the most criticized aspects of AGIL model together with few recommendations for the work with theory.
