Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na vývoj metody pro stanovení fluoridů v nehtech pomocí iontově-selektivní elektrody. Je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou fluoru a jeho významem, výskytem a množstvím v lidském těle. Dále se věnuje nehtům, jako biomarkerům fluoridové expozice a principům dvou metod, kterými se fluoridy v nehtech dají stanovit. Druhá část je experimentální. Jejím obsahem je pracovní postup vyvíjené metody a následná interpretace naměřených dat a výsledků. V závěru práce je uvedeno porovnání obou metod.This bachelor thesis is focused on the development of a method for the determination of fluorides in nails using ion-selective electrode. The theoretical part deals with a characteristics of fluorine and its meaning, presence and quantity in the human body. It also discusses the nails, as biomarkers of fluoride exposure and principles of two methods by which the fluorides in the nails can be determined. The second, experimental part describes the laboratory procedure of the new method and subsequent interpretation of acquired values and results. In the conclusion a comparision of both methods is stated.
