Práce se zabývá prezentací Desatera v učebnici katolického náboženství pro 3. třídu. Na základě rozlišení náboženské výuky a katecheze a s přihlédnutím k pojetí Desatera, jak je chápáno v Bibli a jak je chápeme dnes, se snaží poukázat na to, že daná učebnice neodpovídá požadavkům na katechetickou pomůcku, ani požadavkům na učebnici k výuce katolického náboženství. Autor poukazuje na nedostatky učebnice, a přitom navrhuje i některá řešení, jak je odstranit.The dissertation deals with the presentation of Ten Commandments in the textbook of catholic religion for the 3rd form of elementary school. On the basis of the differentiation between the religious education and the catechism, and considering the conception of Ten Commandments interpreted in the Bible and of its contemporary interpretation, the dissertation tries to point to the fact that the stated textbook doesn´t meet the requirements of either catechist teaching aid or the textbook of catholic religion. The author points out the deficiencies of the textbook and at the same time suggests some solutions of their possible elimination.
