Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice mobbingu. Teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku problému, kde chceme osvětlit a porovnat pojmy šikana a mobbing, seznámit se znaky, příčinami, fázemi, taktikami, osobnostními charakteristikami aktérů mobbingu, důsledky tohoto jevu pro oběť a nastínit možnosti řešení a prevence tohoto problému. Výzkumná část se zabývá rozborem získaných dat z průzkumného šetření, které bylo provedeno pomocí dotazníků. Průzkumné šetření probíhalo ve zdravotnické a pedagogické profesi. Snahou práce bylo zjistit úroveň znalostí veřejnosti o mobbingu a zmapovat výskyt tohoto patologického jevu.The diploma thesis deals with mobbing. Theoretical part is focused on the issue characterization, primarily to clear up and compare terms chicane and mobbing, to present characteristics, causes, phases, tactics used, and personal characteristics of persons involved in mobbing, the implications of this for the victims, and to outline the possibilities of solution and prevention of the problem. Empirical part analyses the data obtained by a survey performed by means of questionnaires. The survey was conducted in the in the healthcare and teaching profession The endeavour of the study was to assess the level of public awareness of mobbing and map incidence this pathological effect.
