Teoretická část práce zahrnuje popis anatomického rozložení a spolupráci sítnic, zrakové dráhy a korového centra. Dále popisuje pojmy binokulární vidění a jejich poruchy, vnímání prostoru, vyšetřování stereopse a zabývá se vybranými technikami a možnosti vytvoření stereoskopického obrazu. Praktická část je zaměřená na sestrojení stereoskopického snímků vybranými technikami.. -- Abstract: The main aim of this thesis is to introduce the concept of stereopsis and 3D imaging technologies. The theoretical part covers the description of the anatomical distribution and cooperation of retinas, visual pathways and cortical center. It also describes the terms of binocular vision and their disorders, perception of space, measurement of stereopsis. It discusses selected techniques of possibilities of creating a stereoscopic image. The practical part is focused on the construction of stereoscopic images in selected techniques.
