Bakalářská práce je zpracována na jednu z personálních činností, kterou je vzdělávání a rozvoj pracovníků. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí. V první části je proces zpracován na základě teoretických východisek odborné literatury. V druhé části se věnuji objasnění nejdůležitějších částí zákona č. 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách vzhledem ke vzdělávání. Třetí část je zaměřena na specifika Terapeutické komunity Krok, na základě informací a dokumentů je zde provedena analýza kvalifikačního vzdělávání vzhledem k požadavkům zákona 108/2006 Sb., o sociálních službách. Ve čtvrté závěrečné části jsou porovnána teoretická východiska se skutečností a navržena doporučení ke zlepšení tohoto procesu.The Bachelor´s thesis is elaborated on one of the human resources´s activity - the education and the development of the employees. My thesis is divided into four parts. The process is elaborated on the basis of the theoretical hypotheses of scholarly literature. The second part pursues the clarification of the most important parts of the act. No 108/2006 Sb. , about social services with regard to education. The third part is aimed at clarification of the specifics of a therapeutic community "Krok". The analysis of the qualification education with regard to demands of the act No 108/2006 Sb. about social services is made on the basis of information and documents. Theoretical assumptions are compared with the facts in the fourth part and on the basis of it I proposed some recommendations for the improvement of the process.
