Také byla testována použitelnost McRAPD pro vnitrodruhovou typizaci kvasinek ve srovnání s karyotypizací izolátů pomocí PFGE.Tayloring the McRAPD technique, based on melting analysis of RAPD products, to routine species identification of pathogenic yeasts, which vary frequently in their susceptibilities to antifungal agents, was the main aim of this work. Also the McRAPD capability of intraspecies typing of yeasts was tested in comparison to karyotyping of isolates using PFGE.
