Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou psychosomatických změn u žen po hysterektomii. V teoretické části se zabývám anatomií vnitřních pohlavních orgánů ženy, patofyziologií, indikacemi k hysterektomii a alternativními možnostmi terapie. Dále jsem se zaměřila na klimakterium, klimakterický syndrom a terapeutické možnosti zmírnění nepříjemných stavů, které toto období provází. V praktické části předkládám výsledky anonymního výzkumného šetření prováděného u žen po hysterektomii. Mojí snahou bylo zjistit, jaký vliv měla operace na jejich zdraví, psychiku, osobní, ale i pracovní život. Zda podávané informace před operací jsou dostatečné, zda by nebylo vhodné zaměřit se také na edukaci po operaci. V souvislosti s tím, jsem chtěla znát názor respondentek na vytvoření edukačního materiálu o problémech po operaci. Informovaná žena si umí dát do souvislostí své případné zdravotní nebo psychické problémy, včas vyhledá pomoc odborníka a s jeho pomocí překoná své obtíže a kvalita jejího života se zvyšuje.The bachelor paper deals with the issue of psychosomatic changes in females following hysterectomy. The theoretical part involve anatomy of female internal genitals, pathophysiology, followed by indications for hysterectomy and finally, alternative possibilities of therapy. Moreover, I focused on menopause, menopausal syndrome and therapeutic possibilities on how to reduce unpleasant conditions accompanying that period of life. In the practical part I submit the results of anonymous investigation conducted in females following hysterectomy. My intention was to find out how the operation influenced their physical condition, mental condition, private and work life. My concern was, if information provided before the operation was sufficient and if education following operation should also be included. In connection with thereof, I wanted to get a feed-back of respondents on the development of the educational material describing post-operation problems. An informed female is able to understand her physical or mental problems and will look for a professional assistance on time; she will overcome her problems with their assistance and the quality of her life will improve.
