Diplomová práce je věnována popisu situace Romů a hlavně romských rodin v majoritní společnosti. Zabývá se otázkami zaměstnanosti, vzdělanosti a postvením Romů v České republice. Pojednává o postavení muže a ženy v romské rodině. Řeší problematiku rozvodovosti, nevěry, ale také zásnub a sňatků v romských rodinách. Opírá se o zvyky a tradice Romů.The Diploma project is aimed at the description of the situation of Gipsies and the Gipsy family in major society. It is concerned on the problems of unemployment , education and social status of men and women in the Gipsy family. It deals with the problems of divorces, faithlessness, engagements and marriages in the Gipsy family. The background is on the traditional customs of Gipsies.
