Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje úspěšnosti potenciálních uchazečů u přijímacích fyzických testů HZS ČR a PČR. Je zaměřena na přijímací fyzické testy k Policii České republiky a Hasičskému záchrannému sboru České republiky. Nastiňuje historický vývoj vybraných bezpečnostních sborů a historický vývoj jejich přijímacích fyzických testů. Míra úspěšnosti byla zjišťována pomocí pozorování, měření, validace, vyhodnocení a statistického zpracování disciplín, které jsou součástí příslušných přijímacích fyzických testů. Z kvalitativního výzkumu vyplývá 75% úspěšnost u přijímacích fyzických testů PČR. Úspěšnost u přijímacích fyzických testů HZS byla dle výzkumu stanovena na 68,75 %. I přesto u vybraných přijímacích testů uspěje pouze polovina žen.This bachelor's thesis focuses on the success rate of potential applicants in the entrance physical tests for the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic and the Police of the Czech Republic. It focuses on the entrance physical tests for the Police of the Czech Republic and the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech Republic. Outlines the historical development of the selected security forces and the historical development of their entrance physical tests. The success rate was determined by observing, measuring, verifying, evaluating and statistically processing the disciplines included in the respective admission physical tests. Qualitative research shows a 75% pass rate on the Fire Department's entrance physical tests. The success rate of the Fire Department's entrance physical tests was determined by research to be 68.75%. Even so, only half of the women succeed in the selected entrance tests.
