Cílem bakalářské práce bylo sumarizovat aktuální dohledané poznatky o ošetřovatelské péči u dítěte po operačním výkonu. Validní dokumenty pro tvorbu této práce byly dohledány v elektronických vědeckých databázích EBSCO, PubMed, Medvik a Bibliographia medica Čechoslovaca. Práce je rozpracována do dvou dílčích cílů. Prvním cílem bylo dohledat poznatky o rozdílu pooperační péče u dětí a dospělých. Rozdíly vyplývají zejména z jiných anatomických a fyziologických odlišností, které se odráží ve specifikách péče. Druhým cílem bylo popsat metody tlumení pooperační bolesti u dětí. Bolest je neodmyslitelnou součástí pooperačního průběhu a úlohou zdravotnického týmu je bolest včas a řádně tlumit. Kombinací farmakologických a nefarmakologických metod by mělo být dosáhnuto zmírnění nebo úplného vymizení tohoto subjektivního příznaku. Dohledané informace v bakalářské práci mohou pomoci zdravotnickým pracovníkům, lépe se zorientovat v pooperační péči o dětské pacienty a pochopit specifika v jejich ošetřování. Informace by mohly být přínosné také pro širší veřejnost, k získání všeobecného přehledu o dané problematice.The aim of this bachelor's thesis was to summarize the current state of nursing care for children after surgery. Valid documents used in this work were sourced from the electronic databases of EBSCO, PubMed, Medvik and Bibliographia medica Czechoslovaca. The work further pursues two sub-objectives. The first was to determine the difference between postoperative care in children and adults. Differences mainly result from other anatomical or physiological differences that are reflected in the specific care. The second was to describe methods of alleviating postoperative pain in children. Pain is an integral part of the postoperative course and the role of the medical team is to alleviate pain in a timely and proper manner. A combination of pharmacological and non-pharmacological methods should alleviate or completely eliminate this subjective symptom. The information found in this bachelor's thesis can help healthcare professionals better orient themselves in the postoperative care of pediatric patients and better understand the specifics of their treatment. This information could also be useful in helping the general public gain a general overview of the issue.
