The thesis is devoted to the comparison of the influence of neuromuscular fatigue due to repeat sprint ability on the performance of U15 players in football during a 10+1 match and then the course of fatigue during 72 hours after the match. The research population consisted of 16 elite Czech football players with an average age of 14.78?0.30 years. Thanks to the Polar Team2Pro system, the indicators of external load and internal body response were analyzed. Subsequently, the Repeat sprint ability test was used as a crucial test to determine the level of neuromuscular fatigue. There was a comparison of the players' average values in the time interval before and after the match, and subsequently fatigue was monitored in the time interval of 72 hours after the match. Also, specific playing positions were monitored individually and their differences with respect to neuromuscular fatigue in terms of repeat sprint ability. Comparison of the indicators revealed significant differences (p <.05) in the mean TT repeat sprint ability test scores before, after the game and 48-hour post-match data. Subsequently, significant differences (p <.05) were found in the results of the repeat sprint ability test FI during the 48-hour post-match time period relative to the results of the 72-hour post-match data. On the other hand, however, the research did not show significant differences (p <.05) in the TT and FI repeat sprint ability test scores of the individual game posts compared with each other. The results are useful in the context of current trends of sports training in football and the possibility of influencing the recovery strategy after the game.
