V této diplomové práci jsou sumarizovány informace ohledně diagnostiky krku včetně biopsií v oblasti krku pod ultrazvukovou kontrolou. Výzkumná část je zaměřená na praktické využití radiologických stratifikačních systémů při klasifikaci uzlů štítné žlázy a na jejich diagnostickou výtěžnost biopsii tenkou jehlou (FNAB). Cílem bylo srovnat radiologické klasifikace (BTA U-klasifikaci, ACR-TIRADS a EU-TIRADS klasifikací) s cytopatologickým nálezem (dle Bethesda klasifikace) a porovnat diagnostickou výtěžnost FNAB u uzlů menší a větších než 10 mm. Bylo prokázáno že existuje korelace mezi radiologickým a cytopatologickým nálezem. Rovněž byl prokázán vyšší četnost nediagnostické FNAB u uzlů menších než 10 mm.This thesis gathers information about the sonographic evaluation and US-guided biopsies in the neck region. The aim was to evaluate the significance of the Radiology Stratification Systems in the thyroid nodule assessment and compare it against the results of the fine-needle aspiration biopsies (FNAB) done under the Bethesda cytopathological classification. It also evaluates the rate of the cytological non-diagnostic samples according to the size of the thyroid nodules. The thesis demonstrated a significant correlation between the radiological and cytopathological results, and a higher rate of non-diagnostic results in FNAB of the nodules smaller than 10 mm.
