Cílem této přehledové bakalářské práce je předložit aktuální dohledatelné poznatky týkající se nefarmakologických metod tlumení bolesti v rámci ošetřovatelského procesu. Všeobecné sestry hrají důležitou roli v managementu bolesti. Na základě své autonomní funkce mají možnost přispět k tlumení bolesti prostřednictvím ošetřovatelských intervencí a výrazně tím ovlivnit bolest pacientů, doplnit a zvýšit efekt farmakologické léčby, a tím zlepšit úroveň jejich života. Dohledané poznatky předkládají výsledky výzkumů vybraných intervencí nefarmakologického tlumení bolesti, které potvrzují nebo vyvrací jejich účinek, dále jsou předloženy poznatky o využívání těchto intervencí ve vybraných zemích a s jakými bariérami se při nich všeobecné sestry setkávají. Práce byla vytvořena dle metody praxe založené na důkazech.This bachelor thesis aims to present current traceable knowledge regarding non-pharmacological methods of pain control in the nursing process. General nurses play a crucial role in pain management. Under their autonomous function, they have the opportunity to contribute to pain management through nursing interventions and thus significantly influence patient's pain, complement and enhance the effect of pharmacological treatment, and thus improve their quality of life. The evidence reviewed presents the results of the research on selected non-pharmacological pain management interventions that confirm or refute their effect, as well as knowledge on the use of these interventions in selected countries and the barriers encountered by general nurses. The thesis was established according to the evidence-based practice method.
