The bachelor's thesis is focused on the issue of plant tolerance to salinity depending on light radiation. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge about the influence of light on plant development, salinization and the influence of light on the ability to tolerate abiotic stress. Some plant mechanisms allowing tolerance of salt stress are affected by light. Therefore, in vitro physiological experiments of growth of mutant and control Arabidopsis thaliana plants were performed in the experimental part to determine the role of transcription factors LAF1 and HFR1 in salinity tolerance.
