Bakalářská práce se zabývá revmatickým onemocněním, konkrétně juvenilní idiopatickou artritidou a kvalitou života s ní u dětí předškolního a mladšího školního věku. Cílem práce je zachytit a reflektovat dopady onemocnění na dítě a jeho rodinu. Naším dílčím cílem je na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů poskytnout rodinám s dítětem s JIA cenné a praktické informace. Za tímto účelem je práce rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část popisuje revmatická onemocnění obecně, dále je zde kapitola o JIA, rehabilitaci, prognóze a kvalitě života člověka s chronickým onemocněním. Praktická část navazuje na teoretické poznatky lékařů a odborníků, které převádí do praxe - běžného života dětí a rodin s JIA. Zánětlivé onemocnění kloubů může postihnout osoby v kterémkoli věku, ale i přesto se musíme snažit, aby byl jejich život kvalitní a plnohodnotný.My bachelor work is concerned with the problém of the rheumatic illness, specifically juvenile idiopathic (rheumatoid) arthritis and the quality of the life of the preschool-age children and the children of the younger school age. The aim of my work means to catch and respond to the effects of the illness on the child and his family. Our partial aim is to give the families with the JIA valuable, practical and useful information on the base of the halfstructured interviews. That's why the work is divided into two parts- the part theoretic and the part practical. The theoretic part is describing rheumatic illnesses in general,there's the chapter about JIA, about rehabilitation, prognosis or prediction of the patient's quality of life with this above mentioned type of the chronic disease. The practical part continues in the theoretical findings of the doctors and experts, which is put into a practice and daily life of the families with the JIA children. Inflammatory illness of the articulations can impact on somebody at any age, but in spite of this fact we have to try to make their lives very good and well-rounded.
