Diplomová práce se zabývá vnímáním autority pedagoga volného času. Cílem diplomové práce je interpretovat pohled pedagogů volného času na jejich autoritu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, které s touto problematikou souvisí. V praktické části jsou popsány výsledky kvantitativního výzkumu, který byl realizován pomocí dotazníků. Cílem bylo zjistit názory pedagogů volného času na jejich autoritu.The diploma thesis deals with the perception of the authority of a leisure pedagogue. The aim of the diploma thesis is to interpret the view of leisure time teachers on their authority. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts related to this issue. The practical part describes the results of quantitative research, which was carried out using questionnaires. The aim was to find out the opinions of leisure educators on their authority.
