Bakalářská práce s názvem Amnestie Václava Klause nejprve objasňuje pojem amnestie a jeho právní úpravu v České republice. Dále se věnuje rozdílům mezi instituty amnestie a milosti, a vymezuje jejich jednotlivé formy. Stručně rozebírá využití amnestie v historii na území České republiky. Součástí je také srovnání použití institutu amnestie a jeho právní úpravou s vybranými státy světa. Poté se podrobně věnuje amnestii Václava Klause z roku 2013. Tato část práce je zaměřena na problematiku spolupodpisu této amnestie. Rozebírá rozsah a dopady amnestie, a poté i reakce na amnestii. V samotném závěru se věnuje pokusům o zrušení amnestijního rozhodnutí. Hlavním cílem práce bylo zanalyzovat amnestii Václava Klause, a situaci kolem této konkrétní amnestie.This bachelor thesis is called Amnesty granted by Václav Klaus at first clarifies a term amnesty and amnesty legislation in Czech Republic. Secondly it contains differences between institution amnesty and a pardon and determines their particular forms. Briefly it analyses an usage of amnesty in history of lands in Czech Republic. The part of thesis is also concerned with comparing an application of the institution amnesty and his legislation with selected states of the world. The main part deals in detail with the amnesty granted by Václav Klaus in 2013 and problems with countersignature of this amnesty. The thesis analyses range and impact of amnesty and also responses to it. In the end it describes the past attempts to abolish Václav Klaus' amnesty decision. The main aim of the thesis is to analyse amnesty granted by Václav Klaus and the situation regarding this specific amnesty.
