Disertační práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Hlavním cílem teoretické části je rozpracovat poznatky o afázii v souvislosti s poruchami kognitivních funkcí. V empirické části byly stanoveny tři hlavní cíle. Prvním z nich je analýza kognitivní rehabilitace poskytované osobám s afázií klinickými logopedy, ergoterapeuty a klinickými psychology. Druhým cílem je popsat poruchy exekutivních funkcí a pragmatické jazykové roviny u osob s afázií a tyto poruchy zkoumat ve vzájemné souvislosti. Třetím cílem disertační práce je navrhnout doporučení pro praxi. Výsledkem disertační práce je definování základní koncepce přístupu k terapii afázie v kontextu neuronální multifunkcionality jak z pohledu teoretického, tak empirického.The thesis is divided into a theoretical and empirical part. The main aim of the theoretical part is elaborated knowledge of aphasia in connection with cognitive disorders. In the empirical part three main goals were set. The first is the analysis of cognitive rehabilitation provided to people with aphasia by speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and clinical psychologists. The second objective is to describe the executive functions disorders and pragmatic language level disorder in persons with aphasia and to investigate relationship between these disorders. The third objective of the dissertation is to propose recommendations for practice related to a defined approach to aphasia therapy. The result of the dissertation is the definition of the basic approach to the therapy of aphasia in the context of neuronal multifunctionality both from the theoretical and empirical point of view.
