Cílem práce je shrnout aktuální vědecké poznatky o možnostech terapie ruky u pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě. Úvodní část se věnuje problematice CMP. Dále je uveden přehled možností vyšetření ruky u pacientů po CMP. Poslední část práce je zaměřena na terapeutické prostředky, které se nejčastěji vyskytovaly ve vyhledaných studiích.Purpose of the thesis is to summarize scientific findings about options of a hand therapy for patients suffering a stroke. Following is an overview of types of physical examinations of hands of patients after a stroke. The last part of this thesis focuses on therapeutical means most often appearing in researched scientific studies.
