This thesis deals with the use of 3D printing in analytical chemistry, especially in the field of microfluidics with using droplet-based microfluidics and isotachophoresis. The theoretical part describes the technologies and materials used in 3D printing. It explains the concept of microfluidics and microfluidics devices and describes its use in practice. The practical part describes the fabrication of microfluidic devices in the laboratory by using 3D printing and subsequent testing of its functionality on simple processes based on the principles of isotachophoresis and droplet flow.
