První část práce je věnována teoretickému ukotvení reemigrace a reintegrace. V druhé části práce představuji výsledky kvalitativního šetření založeného na polostrukturovaných rozhovorech a analýze zakotvené teorie, které poskytují vhled do žité zkušenosti reemigrantů. Představuji hlavní faktory, které nejčastěji vedou k reemigraci navrátilců, popisuji, jak probíhá jejich ekonomická, sociální i kulturní reintegrace a jak po návratu zužitkovávají získané zkušenosti a kapitál pramenící z jejich migrace.. -- Abstract: The subject of the diploma thesis is the analysis of the process of return migration of Czechs returning from Great Britain after labor migration. The first part is devoted to the theoretical analysis of return migration and reintegration. The second part of the thesis presents the results of a qualitative research based on semi-structured interviews and analysis of grounded theory that provide insight into the lived experience of return migrants. I present the main factors that lead to the return migration, describe their economic, social and cultural reintegration and how they benefit from the experience and the capital derived from their migration after their return.
