Bakalářská práce se věnuje oblasti ADHD u dospělé klientely v oblasti sociálních vztahů. První kapitola teoretická části je tvořena vymezením pojmu ADHD, terminologií, klasifikací, etiologií a epidemiologií. Druhá kapitola obsahuje, jak se projevuje tato porucha v adolescenci a dospělosti, její diagnostiku, nejvýraznější projevy a komorbidity. Poslední kapitola popisuje její psychosociálnímu dopad v oblasti rodiny, partnerství, školy a práce. V praktické části formou kvalitativního výzkumu pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a následné analýze dat zakotvenou teorií můžeme lépe porozumět subjektivnímu úhlu pohledu samotných jedinců s touto diagnózou na vztahy ve svém okolí a případné problémy, které s sebou porucha přináší. Informantů bylo pět ve věku 21-36 let. Práce dokládá i obraz o určitých specifikách dospělých osob s ADHD.The bachelor thesis focuses on ADHD problematics of adult clients in the field of social relations. The first chapter of the theoretical part consists of the definition of the term ADHD, terminology, classification, etiology and epidemiology. The second chapter describes how this disorder manifests itself in adolescence and adulthood, its diagnosis, the most striking manifestations and comorbidities. The last chapter describes psychosocial impact on family, partnership, school and work life. In the empirical part, by means of qualitative research using semi-structured interviews and subsequent analysis of data by grounded theory, we can better understand the subjective point of view of individuals with this diagnosis on relationships in their surroundings and potential problems that the disorder brings. There were five informants at the age from twenty-one to thirty-six. The work also illustrates the image of certain specifics of adults with ADHD.
