Přehledová bakalářská práce předkládá publikované poznatky o radiofarmacích používaných při multimodálním zobrazení pozitronovou emisní tomografií v kombinaci s výpočetní tomografií. Jsou zde popsány vlastnosti a výroba těchto radiofarmak, a také lékařské indikace k jejich použití. Práce taktéž nabízí informace o základech radiační ochrany.The survey bachelor thesis submits summary of published information about radiopharmaceuticals which are used during multimodal examination by positron emission tomography combined with computed tomography. In this thesis there are described properties and production of these radiopharmaceuticals as well as medical indications for their usage. Information about basics of radiation protection also can be found in this thesis.
